To keep your outdoor experience safe and clear – definitions and conditions that avoid misunderstandings.
A moderate tour typically includes 400 to 700 meters of elevation gain and a walking time of 4 to 6 hours. Sure-footedness and basic fitness are required. The paths can be narrow and uneven.
For every booked tour, sturdy footwear with a tread sole, a rain jacket, and sufficient drinking water (at least 1.5 liters) must be brought. Hiking poles and a headlamp are recommended for tours with over 800 meters of elevation gain.
Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the tour starts. After that, we charge a processing fee of 50% of the participation fee. In case of short-term cancellations by us (e.g., due to bad weather), you will receive the full amount back.
The tours take place in light rain. In case of thunderstorms, storms, or persistent rain, the guide on site will decide on a shortening or cancellation. Notification will be given no later than one hour before the start.
Participation is at your own risk. We recommend taking out private accident and liability insurance. Our guides are trained in first aid but assume no liability for damages caused by the participants' own fault.
The group size is between 6 and 14 people. This ensures that each participant receives adequate supervision and that nature is not excessively burdened. With fewer than 4 registrations, we reserve the right to cancel the tour.
We will call you back and advise you on suitable routes and dates.
